This policy applies to Hamilton Carpet Installers and to every enquiry, quote request and phone call we receive about carpet fitting work in Hamilton, Ontario and the surrounding towns. It was last reviewed in 2026.
What we collect
When you fill in a form on this site or call us, we collect the information you choose to give: your name, phone number, email address, the address or neighbourhood of the property, and what you tell us about the floor. Our web host also records ordinary technical data such as the pages requested and the browser used.
Why we collect it
We use it to answer your enquiry, prepare a measured quote, arrange a visit, carry out the work and invoice for it afterwards. We also use it to keep a record of what was fitted at a property, which matters when someone calls years later about a repair or a matching offcut.
Who else sees it
Only the people who need it to do the job. That can include a carpet wholesaler placing your order, anyone we bring in for a specific part of the work, and the services that host this website, deliver our email and process payment.
We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not pass them to marketing lists.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that never become jobs are kept for a short period and then deleted. Records tied to completed work are kept longer, because tax and accounting rules require it and because a customer may come back about the same floor.
